Collecting your property
Our lost property service is managed by the Excess Baggage Company, which has a lost property office at London Victoria station, open Mon-Sun 07:00 - 23:59.
There is a small charge to pay when you collect your property. These charges are set nationally and help us to cover the cost of providing the lost property service.
Lost property at Gatwick Airport
Lost property at Gatwick Airport station is transferred to the Gatwick Airport lost property office.
For more information about how Gatwick Airport handles lost property please visit the Gatwick Airport website.
Check other train companies
Our trains stop at stations served by other rail companies, too.
Even if you've lost something on board a train, it may well end up with another company's lost property service. It’s a good idea to report your item to other train companies that manage stations along your route.
