Reliability and punctuality
We have met specific performance targets set by the rail regulator that we must meet. Our services are measured against these targets.

Daily performance report
We share our performance statistics for the previous day by midday of the following day.
You can see the percentage of trains that arrive at their destination within:
- Five minutes of their scheduled time. This is called PPM
- 50 seconds of their scheduled time. This is called Right Time.
